You must send to the other side a copy of anything that you send to the Administrative Hearing Commission, other than the petition that starts the case.
Fax filing is allowed but electronic filing is not.
Requests for information under Chapter 610 will be accepted if sent by mail, fax, or e-mail at AHC@oa.mo.gov.
