You must send to the other side a copy of anything that you send to the Administrative Hearing Commission, other than the petition that starts the case.
Fax filing is allowed but electronic filing is not.
Requests for information under Chapter 610 will be accepted if sent by mail, fax, or e-mail at AHC@oa.mo.gov.
We will accept cases formerly appealed to to the Personnel Advisory Board (PAB). A litigant may, but is not required to, use this form in filing a Personnel Appeal Form. Click here for additional instructions on using this sample complaint form.
