- All Changes to scheduled events/meetings must be submitted in writing to fmdcconf@oa.mo.gov no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event/meeting.
- Governor Office Building - Any Attendee using parking passes to attend events must park on any "green" level of the city parking garage. Failure to park on the top level may result in the attendee being responsible for payment to park in the City Garage. Parking passes are mailed 7-10 business days prior to the date of your scheduled event.
