Directions, Pickup and Return Procedures for Truman Building

  1. PRINT THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION and take it with you at your scheduled pickup time along with a photo id.
  2. DIRECTIONS: The Truman Building is located at 301 W. High Street.
  3. PICKUP PROCEDURE: Pickup vehicle packet at the reception desk of Room 760 in the Truman Building. Vehicles are located along McCarty Street in Lot 24. Click here to view the Capitol Complex Parking Map.  A vehicle packet will be given to you including a trip ticket.
  4. RETURN PROCEDURE: Upon return, park the vehicle in the assigned space, record the ending odometer reading on the Trip Ticket and then turn in the packet, trip ticket and fuel receipts.  During business hours, the vehicle packet must be returned to Room 760 of the Truman Building.  For returns after 5:00 p.m., place the vehicle packet in the afterhours drop box located at the entrance of Lot 24.
