Perl Programming Advanced

Pre-requisites
Students should have a user-level knowledge of an operating system such as UNIX or Windows 95 as well as a solid grasp of basic Perl programming.
Summary
This course teaches students many advanced features of Perl using a single progressive project as the focus. Since this is an advanced course, not all students need all the topics available. The six core chapters are offered for the first two days, and allow students to create a three, four or five day class by adding elective chapters.
Audience
This course is designed for application developers, DBA's, advanced users, system administrators and web site administrators, as well as others who want to automate or simplify common tasks.
