Non-Competitive or Online Registration and Selection Process

Merit system agencies have two options for recruiting individuals for this classification. Interested applicants may apply on-line at: http://www.ease.mo.gov Previously submitted paper applications may not be used in lieu of completing the on-line application. Interested applicants may also apply directly to a participating facility or office where they desire to obtain employment; however, these applicants will not be placed on the register unless they also complete the on-line application. An agency may hire applicants directly at the job site or from the register. Applicants who possess the required qualifications will not be ranked on the register. An appointing authority may select from among any of the available eligible applicants on the register.
