Please note: If you are setting up your purchasing card for the first time on the Enterprise - State Purchasing Card link, you will need to set up a customer number with Enterprise first.

  • Click on the link to Procurement Card billing form (http://oa.mo.gov/acct/umb/pdffiles/001492.pdf)
  • Complete the form and fax to the Enterprise contact provided on the form.
  • Enterprise will assign a unique customer number that you must use to make reservations online using your State Purchasing Card.
