Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

This position is with OA/ITSD. The candidate must show an ability to perform the following duties, which include but are not limited to: Ability to lead, motivate and supervise application developers. This development team is .Net SQL Server based and focused on development and maintenance of Windows and web based applications for four agencies.

 Performs other related work as assigned. The candidate must be a self-starter and problem solver who exercises independence and judgment in the performance of duties; receives general administrative direction; work is reviewed upon completion. Has the ability to work on a team with multiple developers or solo on smaller projects. The ability and desire to continually develop new skills is essential. This is a dynamic team with a roster of new development projects currently in planning stages and the successful candidate will be a significant contributor from the beginning.
