Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

This is entry-level professional and technical help desk work assisting a computer technician lead. Individual will receive training and acquire experience in the field. Will be responsible to provide technical support for end users by troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues. Duties include maintaining printers, performing computer configurations, testing, removing company data from devices prior to surplus, and re-imaging and professionally conveying hardware and software issues to a lead technician. 

Salary Range: $30,576.00 - $50,112.00 Annually

Candidate must be well organized, able to work in a fast paced environment, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be a team player, and possess great problem-solving skills with an eagerness and willingness to add to his or her knowledge base.

Important Information

An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 15 earned credit hours in computer science or computer information technology. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for deficiencies in the required education.
