Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
This is entry-level professional and technical help desk work assisting a computer technician lead. Individual will receive training and acquire experience in the field. Will be responsible to provide technical support for end users by troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues. Duties include maintaining printers, performing computer configurations, testing, removing company data from devices prior to surplus, and re-imaging and professionally conveying hardware and software issues to a lead technician.
Salary Range: $30,576.00 - $50,112.00 Annually
