Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
This position with OA/General Services posts all incoming and outgoing inventory items, ensuring all invoices are correct and making all needed inventory adjustments.Compile information for Federal and State reports.Serve as administrative assistant to Manager.Relieve the receptionist as needed and complete various assignments.Type information into a spreadsheet for GSA online auction and maintain those records.Supervise maintenance of the office filing system.Help with entering state side online auctions.Prepare deposits and maintain cash and sales journals. Maintain schedules for screening, pick-ups and deliveries.Coordinate with our driver to get property picked up and coordinate with broker to pick up commercially when necessary.Coordinate with various holding agencies regarding screening and pick-up schedules.
Work hours Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. – 4:30p.m.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must have good written and verbal communication skills, customer oriented, ability to work independently, excellent organizational skills and detail oriented. Working knowledge of MS Access, Excel and Outlook. Must be able to maintain all aspects of office confidentiality.
