Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
This position will provide support for Enterprise Electronic Content Management (ECM) systems as implemented by agencies within the ITSD consolidation. Serve as lead support technician for ECM Workflow/Workview solutions in support of ECM-based Case Management solutions. Will assist with design, implementation and technical support of ECM solutions imlpemented using the OnBase Enterprise ECM system.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to function as an OnBase and IBM Content Manager system administrator; including implementation, design, configuration, and maintenance of the solution software. Must exhibit effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Detailed effective documentation of system design and user manuals is required.
