Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
This position with OA/General Services will enter parts and labor data into the State Fleet Management System (FMIS).Coordinate and assist with movement of vehicles between OA Carpool lots and the OA Vehicle Maintenance facility.Schedule part-time staff involved with vehicle movement and other operations.Assist with, and serve as backup for parts invoice data entry into the FMIS; entry of SAM II financial documents including invoicing, payment and fixed assets.Shuttle work release offenders using a 15-passenger van.May provide limited vehicle service advice to customers and occasionally assist with vehicle maintenance operations.Assist with and serve as backup to OA Carpool Administrator.Assist carpool customers with scheduling questions.
Work hours Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must possess and maintain a valid Missouri Drivers License (class E preferred). Must have excellent organization, telephone and customer service skills. Proficient in use of computers, including the use of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to drive a 15-passenger van. Must be comfortable working among and transporting work release offenders from the Department of Corrections.
