Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
This position with OA/ITSD is responsible for providing professional and technical support to end users. Essential duties include: hardware support, software/application support, hardware deployment, inventory, help desk tickets (including prioritizing requests and handling urgent requests in a timely manner), and working with other ITSD teams. Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, vendors and management by phone, email or in person.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Position requires familiarity with MS Windows 7 and 10, MS Office 2016, remote desktop tools, browsers, Active Directory, AV software and driver installation. Individual should have basic troubleshooting abilities for both hardware and software. Any other duties assigned by supervisor and/or management.
