Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

This position is responsible for providing professional and technical computer support to end users. Essential duties include the following: hardware support, imaging/installing/deploying hardware and updating tracking systems, work in conjunction with other ITSD teams, software/application support, utilize help desk software for work request, prioritize requests and handle urgent issues in a timely manner, effectively communicate by telephone, E-mail and in person with customers.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

Position requires basic equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting; basic understanding or knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Symantec End Point Protect, Global Protect; remote software tools (Bomgar), and encryption software (BitLocker); excellent customer service skill; good oral and written communication skills and ability to multi-task.
