Request Service
State agencies are encouraged to schedule vehicle maintenance services through the new online service request form. Agencies may also schedule services by calling OA Vehicle Maintenance at (573) 751-4286 or by emailing the request to vehicle@oa.mo.gov. (Please allow up to three business days for a response to service requested via email.)
Agencies using the Fleetwave system may also inquire about vehicle services through the online repair request form. To learn more about Fleetwave's repair request form, contact your agency fleet manager or OA Vehicle Maintenance.
Vehicle Maintenance will make every attempt to accommodate your request in a timely fashion. If possible, please schedule standard preventative maintenance a week or two ahead of the desired service date. Due to limited parking, please drop the vehicle off the evening before or the morning of your scheduled service date.

Towing
Need to have a state vehicle towed to OA Vehicle Maintenance? Agencies may contact the towing service listed below directly and ask to have the state vehicle towed to OA Vehicle Maintenance at 705 Missouri Boulevard. Agencies should instruct the vendor to bill OA Vehicle Maintenance for the tow charge. The agency will be billed by OA Vehicle Maintenance in the regular monthly billing process.
