Missouri Housing Development Commission

The Missouri Housing Development Commission is an instrumentality of the state of Missouri, which constitutes a body corporate and politic. The Missouri Housing Development Commission administers three major programs: (1) a housing program that uses federal funds and leverages private funds to deliver affordable and workforce housing to families with children, seniors, veterans, and households with special needs; (2) a first-time homebuyer program; and (3) a homeless prevention program.
