Notification:

Governor Mike Kehoe ordered U.S. and Missouri flags be flown at half-staff at government buildings in the State of Missouri for one full day on Saturday, Oct. 11, 2025, from sunrise to sunset in honor of United States Army Chief Warrant Officer Three Andrew "Drew" Gunnison Cully.
