Per Section 9.110, RSMo, Governor Mike Kehoe has ordered the flag of the United States and the flag of Missouri be flown at half-staff over the State Capitol and at all government offices throughout Missouri on Sunday, Dec. 7, 2025, from sunrise to sunset for Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.
