Per Section 9.110, RSMo, Governor Mike Parson has ordered the flag of the United States and the flag of Missouri be flown at half-staff over the State Capitol and at all government offices throughout Missouri on Thursday, December 7, 2023, from sunrise to sunset for Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.
