Notification:
Governor Mike Parson ordered that the flag of the United States and the flag of Missouri be flown at half-staff at all government buildings in the State of Missouri on Saturday, February 10, from sunrise to sunset in honor of former U.S. Senator and First Lady Jean Carnahan.
