By order of the Governor, all flags at all State government offices will be flown at half-staff, in Franklin and Gasconade counties only on April 12, 2016, from sunrise to sunset in honor of Missouri Department of Transportation employee, Lyndon D. Ebker who lost his life in the line of duty.
