Notification:
By order of the Governor, all flags at all Missouri courthouses will be flown at half-staff until sunset on the date of interment as a mark of respect for the passing of Judge Richard B. Teitelman.
Also, by order of the Governor, flags at all State and government facilities shall be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on the date of interment as a mark of respect for Judge Richard B. Teitelman.
