Governor Mike Parson ordered that the flag of the United States and the flag of Missouri be flown at half-staff at all government buildings in the State of Missouri on Saturday, April 15, from sunrise to sunset in honor of Chief Warrant Officer 2 Rusten Radford Smith of the United States Army.
