Notification:
By order of the Governor, all flags of the United States and the flag of Missouri at all State and government offices will be flown at half-staff, on Saturday, February 20, 2016, from sunrise until sunset in honor of Captain Kevin T. Roche who died while serving his country.
Also, by order of the Governor, all flags at all State and government offices will be flown at half-staff, in the City of St. Louis only, from sunrise Saturday, February 20, until sunset on Friday, February 26, in memory of Captain Kevin T. Roche.
