Notification:
By order of the Governor, all flags of the United States and the flag of Missouri at all State and government offices will be flown at half-staff, on Saturday, April 12, 2014, from sunrise until sunset in honor of Sergeant Timothy Wayne Owens who died during the Fort Hood shootings.
Also, by order of the Governor, all flags at all State and government offices will be flown at half-staff, in Phelps County only, from sunrise Sunday April 13, until sunset on Friday, April 18, in memory of Sergeant Timothy Wayne Owens.
