Notification:
By order of the Governor, all flags of the United States and the flag of Missouri at all State and government offices will be flown at half-staff, on Tuesday, December 24, 2013, from sunrise until sunset in honor of Chief Warrant Officer 2 Joshua B. Silverman who died while serving his country in Afghanistan.
Also, by order of the Governor, all flags at all State and government offices will be flown at half-staff, in the County of St. Louis only, from sunrise Wednesday, December 25 until sunset on Monday, December 30, 2013, in memory of Chief Warrant Officer 2 Silverman.
