The Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) is responsible for human resources management and payroll for the Office of Administration (OA). The center provides consistency in Human Resources services and procedures for employees and applicants of the Office of Administration. The HRSC is housed within the Division of Personnel and includes a HR call center to respond to OA employees' HR questions in a consistent and timely manner.
HRSC staff assist employees, applicants and management in many areas including, but not limited to, processing payroll transactions; providing recruitment and retention strategies; writing job advertisements; policy interpretation; and processing employee benefits and deductions. The HRSC also provides advice and expertise to stakeholders regarding workforce management as well as employee issues such as alleged sexual harassment and discrimination.
The Human Resources Service Center is located in Room 430 of the Harry S Truman State Office Building in Jefferson City, Missouri. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
