Effective June 15, 2015, the Archibus Room Scheduling Module is implemented and active for scheduling current conference rooms available for State agencies in the Capitol Complex in Jefferson City and current outstate conference room locations in St. Louis, Springfield, St. Joseph, and Kansas City. Only agency coordinators have access to schedule meetings in the new system. All meetings scheduled in the current scheduling system prior to June 15th are now imported into the new scheduling system.
